Dispatch and turn around time
There is currently a 4-6 week turn around due to high level of orders. This is because each piece is made to order and it is currently a very busy time (which I am so thankful for!) . If you are in need of an item quickly, then I suggest adding a 'Rush Fee' to your order, which you can find here.
DAMAGES AND LOST POST
Lost packages in will need to be reported to email@example.com - Items that are damaged in transit will be replaced, but photographs of the broken item and packaging need to be provided before replacements can be sent, so please don't dispose of them until you have had confirmation from me that replacements will definitely be made.
If a tracked order is gets lost or is damaged in transit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org - The loss/damage will be investigated immediately with the postal company. Photographic evidence is vital in order to claim for replacements or refunds, so please keep all packaging and items as this is what is required from the courier when filing for a claim.
It may take up to 10 working days to receive a refund as it can take up to 72 hours for the courier to respond.
Worldwide postage is available with several delivery options to chose from. All prices are flat rate.

1st Class - £3.00
Tracked - £8.00
Tracked Delivery to EU - £10.00
Tracked Delivery to United States - £10.00
Tracked Delivery to Canada - £10.00
Tracked Delivery to Australia - £10.00
Tracked Delivery Rest of the world - £10.00
Orders within the UK will take up to 2-4 working days to arrive if posted 2nd class, or 1-2 days if posted 1st Class/Tracked. Please note that at busier times of the year, such as Christmas, it may take a few days longer.
Orders outside the UK will take between 5 and 40 working days depending on your location.
As all items are made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged. All returned items should be discussed beforehand by contacting via email email@example.com -
