Dispatch and turn around time
Items with *Ready To Ship* in their name will be dispatched within 7 working days. The shop will be updated regularly so that customers can see which item(s) can be sent within this time frame. Please keep in mind, as Christmas approaches it is a chaotic time of year for the shipping services, so please do not leave it too late! Christmas Shipping Deadlines are listed below.
Items that do not have *Ready to Ship* in their product name currently have up to a 4 week turn-around due to awaiting stock/high volume of this particular item. Each piece is made to order and as it is currently a very busy time (which I am very thankful for!) it can take longer than usual to process these items.
If you need to receive an order quickly, I suggest adding a 'Rush Fee' to your order, which you can find here.

DAMAGES AND LOST POST
Lost packages/damaged goods will need to be reported to email@example.com - Items that are damaged in transit or lost will be replaced, but photographic evidence is vital in order to claim for replacements or refunds, so please keep all packaging and items as this is what is required from the courier when filing for a claim. Please do not dispose of anything until you have had confirmation that replacements will be sent.
Packages that are sent by standard air mail cannot be replaced if they are lost, this is because the postal services do not insure or take responsibility for the loss of standard air mail. For this reason, I urge customers to choose the tracked option for safety.
It may take up to 10 working days to receive a refund as it can take up to 4 working days for the courier to respond.
Worldwide postage is available with several delivery options to chose from. All prices are flat rate.

As all items are made to order, returns are not accepted or refunded unless discussed beforehand. Claims will only be valid for up to 28 days after receiving the item(s).
