Processing Times

As of 31st March, the current turn around time is between 5-15 working days (Mon-Fri).
Each item is made (lovingly!) as each order is received. If you need your order quicker, you can add a 'Rush' to your cart here or upgrade your shipping during checkout. If you are unsure as to whether your order will arrive, feel free to contact using the online form here.

Worldwide postage is available with several delivery options to chose from. All prices are flat rate.

UK
  • 2nd Class (2-5 working days) - FREE!
  • 1st Class (1-2 working days) - £3.99
  • Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service (1-2 working days)- £9.99
  • 24 Hour Express Private Courier (1 working day) - £19.99
  • Orders Over £50 are automatically upgraded to tracked service via Royal Mail. 
Europe
  • Standard Air Mail - No tracking number (1-4 weeks) - £5.99
  • Royal Mail Tracked Service (1-3 weeks) - £12.99
  • Orders Over £150 are automatically upgraded to tracked service via Royal Mail. 
USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia
  • Standard Air Mail - No tracking number (Up to 4 weeks) - £5.99
  • Royal Mail Tracked Service (1-3 weeks) - £12.99
  • Express (3-5 working days) - £34.99
  • Orders Over £150 are automatically upgraded to tracked service via Royal Mail.
Rest of the World
  • Standard Air Mail - No tracking number (Up to 6 weeks) - £7.99
  • Tracked (4-8 weeks dependant on location) - £19.99

 

VAT, Duty, Import fees and Customs

Prices do not include any of the aforementioned fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any charges incurred if requested by their local authority- unfortunately, this is out of my control. Please refer to the Government website of your country if you are unsure about which fees may apply. 

 

Returns/Refunds

If you wish to return your item(s) or claim a refund, please get in contact by emailing darklingbeloved@gmail.com directly or by filling the online form here. 

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I welcome you to peruse the policy on refunds and returns below.

The information provided offers context in which you are eligible for a return/refund. The policy covers online sales only and each case is dealt with on an individual basis.

How many days do I have to return my order?

Upon delivery, you have 28 days to return your item(s). 

Once I have been notified of your intent to return your item(s), you will have 28 days to return them from the date in which you contacted. Returns will not be accepted nor refunds given after this window has closed.

Whole refunds (shipping included) are only given on products that are incorrect, defective or damaged in transit. If a customer is returning an item due to change of mind, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and only the returned item(s) will be refunded.

 

 

How much will the refund be?

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, only the item cost will be refunded, not the shipping fee that was initially paid when making your order. If your item arrived damage, you will receive a full refund. 

Sale items

If you purchase during a sale and your item is lost or broken, it will be replaced if the stock is available.
