The information provided offers context in which you are eligible for a return/refund. The policy covers online sales only and each case is dealt with on an individual basis.

How many days do I have to return my order?

Upon delivery, you have 28 days to return your item(s). 

Once I have been notified of your intent to return your item(s), you will have 28 days to return them from the date in which you contacted. Returns will not be accepted nor refunds given after this window has closed.

Whole refunds (shipping included) are only given on products that are incorrect, defective or damaged in transit. If a customer is returning an item due to change of mind, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and only the returned item(s) will be refunded.

How much will the refund be?

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, only the item cost will be refunded, not the shipping fee that was initially paid when making your order. If your item arrived damage, you will receive a full refund. 

Sale items

If you purchase during a sale and your item is lost or broken, it will be replaced if the stock is available.
