Damaged goods need to be reported to email@example.com within 3 working days of delivery.
All cases are dealt with on an individual basis, however timing is very important. Many couriers have such a small time frame in which a claim can be made. If a customer makes a claim after these 3 days, then there is the risk of not receiving a refund because of the time frame on the courier insurance.

If it has been over 4 weeks since your despatch date and you are concerned about your item potentially being lost, please get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and a replacement will be sent.
Refunds will not be given after 28 days from delivery.
If you purchase during a sale and your item is lost or broken, they will be replaced. Items that are deemed as 'no longer wanted' can not be returned and will be declined upon return, thus being returned to the customer.
