In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I welcome you to peruse the policy on refunds and returns below.

The information provided offers context in which you are eligible for a return/refund. The policy covers online sales only and each case is dealt with on an individual basis.

How many days do I have to return my order?

Upon delivery, the customer has 28 days to return their item(s).

Once I have been notified of your intent to return your item(s), you will have 28 days to return them. Refunds will not be processed after this window has closed.

Refunds are only given on products that are incorrect, defective or damaged in transit. Additionally, if the reason for returning the item is due to a change of mind, the item must be returned in immaculate condition to receive a full item refund.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

This will depend on the reason for the return. If the customer has changed their mind, then return postage will need to be covered by the customer, as well as a receipt to prove proof of postage. If the item arrived damaged, then there will be no need to return the item as a replacement will be sent instead.

When will I receive my refund?

If you are returning an item, your refund will be processed upon the return of that item. If you have received a damaged item, you will be refunded as soon as possible. 

How much will the refund be?

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, only the item cost will be refunded, not the shipping fee that was initially paid when making your order. If your item arrived damage, you will receive a full refund.
